  • 1. Sprinkle some salt on top of the cod fish and set aside for

  • 3 seconds and quickly transfer it
  • 3. Balance the cod fish slice on the chopsticks
  • 1. Defrost the cod fish, remove the scales and blood, sprinkle some salt on top and set aside for
  • 2. Prepare a wok of boiling water, blanch the cod fish in the boiling water for
  • 3 seconds and quickly transfer it into cold water and immerse for
  • 3. Place a pair of chopsticks over a steaming plate, then balance the cod fish slice on the chopsticks
  • 4. Removed the steamed cod fish from the steamer, drizzle the seasoning and sprinkle the julienned ginger, spring onion, chillies and coriander on top
