I am submitting this post to Asian Food Fest. 上次在港式餐厅用餐后点了个饭后甜品,选了一盘清凉的桂花糕来消消腻,其实早前光顾时就看中了那个桂花糕,不过那天吃得太饱,小宝贝又开始闹了,所以就作罢。那个桂花糕晶瑩剔透,带着阵阵的桂花香,口感很特别,不像一般用燕菜粉做的口感,有点类似果冻般的QQ口感。试过后就对那又香又清凉的桂花糕念念不忘,回来后我就开始搜索着桂花糕的食谱,从小小米桶的杞子桂花糕那里看到她极力推荐的小三椰汁桂花糕,按了那个连结才发现网页已不存在了,有点晴天霹雳的感觉,还好我没因此而放弃,最后让我找到小三原来由Yahoo Blog搬到了这里,不然怎样找到这个好看又好吃的椰汁桂花糕 。
