Deep-Fried Chicken Wings with Red Fermented Bean Curd. 之前用Air Fryer炸水牛城辣鸡翅,对于那效果我很满意,所以我又用南乳腌制另一批鸡翅,照板煮碗用一样的方法来炸鸡翅。不过加了不少调味料来腌制,鸡肉很快就炸得上色,所以炸的时候就得很小心,不然一下子就会炸得很黑黑的。煮了个包菜煎蛋,加上南乳炸鸡翅和ABC汤,简易的两人晚餐就完成了。
