Ingredients

  • 2012 年去丹麦时品尝到的
  • 225 g (2 nos mangoes - puree, I use 225g mango puree)

  • 2 汤匙 热水 (2 tbsp hot water)

  • 125 ml 牛奶 (125ml milk)
  • 125 ml 鲜奶油 (125ml whipping cream)
  • 30 g 细砂糖 (30g caster sugar)
  • 1.5 茶匙 吉利丁粉 (1.5 tsp gelatin powder)
  • 2 汤匙 热水 (2 tbsp hot water)
  • 4 个杯子,打斜放弄成倾斜的效果, 放入冰箱冷藏至凝固。
  • Pour (2) into 4 desserts cup, then transfer to fridge until it set.
