This recipe is a follow up of my previous posting Stir FriedPork With Capsicums. 250 gm pork tenderloin fillet - thinly sliced. Marinate pork fillet with garlic, ginger, spice powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Heat remaining oils in the pan, fry marinated pork fillet over high heat, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes or until cooked. Add in fried onions and mushrooms, stir fry for 1 minute. 250 gm pork tenderloin fillet
The sauce is sour, savoury and spicy while the friedpork is crispy, tasty and aromatic. So my response to my hubby's query is ‘The main ingredient [streaky pork belly] isn’t available at your mum’s place'
