This recipe is a follow up of my previous posting Stir FriedPork With Capsicums. 250 gm pork tenderloin fillet - thinly sliced. Marinate pork fillet with garlic, ginger, spice powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Heat remaining oils in the pan, fry marinated pork fillet over high heat, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes or until cooked. Add in fried onions and mushrooms, stir fry for 1 minute. 250 gm pork tenderloin fillet
Rub a little salt on pork ribs, rinse and pat dry. Dip pork ribs into marinade mixture and leave to refrigerate overnight or at least half a day in the same plate/tray
Rinse pork ribs, add in marinates and put in the fridge for overnight. Heat oil, add in marinates pork ribs, deep fry over medium low heat until golden brown or cooked
Return the fried beancurd to wok and stir fry to mix all the ingredients well. The salted fish with garlic, spring onions add tasty flavours to the crispy firm beancurd
The sauce is sour, savoury and spicy while the friedpork is crispy, tasty and aromatic. So my response to my hubby's query is ‘The main ingredient [streaky pork belly] isn’t available at your mum’s place'

I found a pack of pork floss as well as a pack of Korean seaweed flakes in my cupboard and the idea struck me instantly to combine these two ingredients together
But my version is pan fried because I don't deep fry food with oil. taste as good as deep fried one. Alternatively, these prawn rolls can be air fried or deep fried with oil
