Ingredients

  • 1 茶匙盐
  • 1. 将鱼头洗净
  • 2. 热2大匙油
  • 3. 加入咖喱酱
  • 4. 倒入椰浆和鱼头煮至小滚
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 stalks lemongrass , white part only, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 3-4 tbsp Tean
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1. Clean and wash fish head.
  • 2. Heat up 2 tbsp oil, saute onion and lemongrass until fragrant.
  • 3. Add instant curry paste, red chili powder and stir well.
  • 4. Pour in coconut milk, add fish head and bring it to boil.
