Ingredients

  • 辣椒酱材料:
  • 35 条干辣椒 (去籽, 浸软)
  • 15 粒小葱头 (去皮)
  • 2 粒石古仔
  • 5 瓣蒜头(去皮)
  • 1 大匙马来盏
  • 2 大匙清水
  • 6 大匙花生油
  • 5 分钟。盛起备用。
  • 3. 同一锅里(未洗),添加少许油,加入做法(2)的辣椒酱,加入调味料,香煎虾至熟,盛起放凉。
  • Soup Ingredients:
  • 587 g prawns head
  • 15 cups water (measurement cup)
  • 200 g chicken or pork ribs (cut into pieces)
  • 80 g rock sugar , gradually add and to taste
  • 1 +1/2 tbsp salt, taste
  • Chili paste ingredients:
  • 35 dried chilies (seeded and soaked)
  • 15 shallots
  • 2 buah keras
  • 5 gloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp belacan
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 6 tbsp cooking oil
  •  
  • Other ingredients
  • 25-30 small prawns (shelled )
  • 5 eggs ( hard boiled, cut into half)
  • 1 packet of rice vermicelli
