Ingredients

  • 1. 将糖粉和奶油以搅拌器搅拌至乳白淡色
  • 2. 将面粉和杏仁粉混合
  • 3. 以勺子舀起一小块饼面糊
  • 4. 放入预热烤箱
  • 5. 将巧克力隔水加热至溶化即成巧克力糊
  • 6. 将烤好冷却的饼干放入巧克力糊里
  • 7. 待巧克力凝固后
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30-35 pcs toasted almond (whole)
  • 1. Cream butter and icing sugar at medium speed till light and fluffy.
  • 2. Add in egg yolk and mix well.
  • 3. Fold in flour mixture and mix well.
  • 4. Take a teaspoon of dough (8g), flatten it. Place almond on the dough, wrap it around the almond and shape into small log.
  • 5. Bake at preheated oven at 165C for 18 minutes and let it cool.
  • 6. Melt dark chocolte with low heat by using double boiled method.
  • 7. Coat the almond cookies with melted chocolate, then place it in paper cup,
  • 8. Let it set before storing.
