Ingredients

  • 1. 烧热麻油锅
  • 2. 然后
  • 3. 转至中火烧到酱汁滚时
  • 10, ginger slice x 5, some basil leaves, tricolor bell pepper (cut into sectioned)
  • 3 tbsp, rice wine x 3 tbsp, soy sauce x 3 tbsp, rock sugar x 1 tbsp
  • 1. Heat up sesame oil in frying pan under low heat to sauté garlic cloves and ginger slices till fragrant, add in bell pepper to stir
  • 2. Then, add in chicken fillets and seasonings, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Turn to medium heat and when the gravy is boiling, add in basil leaves to continue stiring till well combined. Serve hot.
